Painting equipment

For more than 40 years, ОАО NII LKP with ОМZ «Victoriya» designs, manufactures and delivers the equipment for industrial painting.

Our philosophy is the individual approach to the customer. Our task is the selections of optimal solution in each concrete case proceed from the criteria of economical efficiency and guarantee of proper quality. The best specialists in this branch which have the unique experience work on the fulfillment of that task.

Our cooperation with a customer does not end with the delivery of equipment – we attend the realized projects on the all stages of their vital cycle.

The main types of equipment which our enterprise delivers:

• Complex painting lines for continuous and step operation which comprise the zones of paint making, mechanical and chemical pretreatment, high-efficient complex equipment for application of liquid or powder paints, equipment for treatment of waste water and exhaust gas.
• Painting equipment for continuous and batch types for individual and small-scale production - the coating chambers with hydro- or dry filter, drying and painting-drying chambers of different standard sizes. The painting chambers can be completed with a robot or a manipulator.
• For paint manufacturers we offer the universal high-temperature equipment on the basis of reactors with induction heating capacity from 0,063 m³ to 12,5 m³, different mixing and dispersion equipment.

The equipment is selected and necessarily designed individual in accordance with the customers’ desire proceeding from his requirements and possibilities. All the equipment is certificated and intended for use in explosive zones class B-1a, B-1б according to «Electric installation code» (ПУЭ-01).

Paint materials

NII LKP specializes on the paint manufacture for industrial application also.

The majority of manufactured materials are developed by specialists of our institute. These developments are repeatedly awarded for innovation. All the production process is under author's control, our enterprise has a certificated test laboratory that provides constant quality of products.

Comparatively not great volume of paint production allows us, efficient to react to customer requirements preserving the individual approach to each customer. In case of need our specialists complete the developments of products in accordance with customer requirements.

The paint materials of NII LKP' with OMZ «Victoriya» production are widely used in the civil engineering, machinery industry, in railway transport and in the other industry.
